You only have to skim the news. You only have to look at the plethora of ‘Monday’ pictures. 

We live in a crazy world, and ‘resilience’ is a quality we all need to draw on from time to time.

Good news

‘Resilience’ is that quality which helps us to bounce back after adversity. Bad things happen – that is just part of life and most people most of the time will recover and live normally (whatever that might mean).
